Comprehensive insurance cover is included in rates. However, an excess does apply which may be waived at the renter's option by payment of a collision damage waiver, as follows:

Renters are reminded that:-

1.	All damage to the underbody, all damage caused by collision with stationary objects and all overhead damage is at the renters expense.
2.	All insurance is void unless vehicles are driven on regularly maintained roads.
3.	QUINCE'S PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE is available at $11 per day. For benefits refer to separate insurance brochure.
4.	WINDSCREEN PROTECTION INSURANCE is available at $5 per day and covers the hirer in the event of accidental damage to the front windscreen.
5.	AGE EXCESS applies to all drivers 21 and under 25 years of age.
6.	The additional excess of $500 applies on all vehicles and can be waived at an additional cost (to the above rates) of $5 per day
7.	DRIVER'S LICENCE: All current Australian and full overseas licences accepted. Bus/truck endorsement or equivalent required for Coaster and Hino. Licences must be produced when collecting vehicles.
8.	FUEL is not included in rates. A full tank is supplied and refilled at renter's expense on return.
9.	FREE CLIENT PARKING: At client's own risk.
10.	WEEKLY RATE: 7 days for the cost of 6.
11.	RESERVATIONS: A deposit of $65 per rental day is required at time of booking to secure your vehicle. Payment of the balance of the total charges for the rental period is to be made prior to receiving your vehicle. Reservations can be made via telephone credit card facilities.
13.	SECURITY: A cash or credit card security deposit of $350 is necessary prior to receiving your vehicle. This is refundable if the vehicle is returned on time, undamaged, clean with all the equipment and after refuelling.
14.	CREDIT CARDS: EFTPOS facilities include Bankcard, Diners Club, Mastercard, Visa and American express.
15.	CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS: Notice received more than 14 days prior - administration fee $35 minimum, less than 14 days prior - total deposit is non-refundable.
16.	CLEANING If the vehicle is returned with an unreasonably dirty interior, a minimum cleaning fee of $60 will be charged.
